Janna O. Mateo, Esq.

Janna Mateo is a Partner at Ainsworth & Clancy. She focuses on complex commercial litigation, corporate transactional matters, and business immigration. 

Janna graduated magna cum laude in the top 5% of her graduating class, from St. Thomas University School of Law in May of 2017. During law school, she served as an Articles Editor of the St. Thomas Law Review. She was also a member of the Moot Court Board, where she competed in the annual Jerome Prince Memorial Evidence Competition.

Janna completed internships at the United States Attorney’s Office, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and with the Honorable Adalberto Jordan at the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Janna is also fluent in written and spoken Spanish.
