Jelani Davis is a Senior Trial Attorney at Ainsworth & Clancy, PLLC, with a practice dedicated to commercial litigation and trial advocacy. Born and raised in Miami-Dade County, Florida, Jelani has over twenty years of courtroom experience and has tried more than 100 jury trials in both state and federal courts.

Jelani focuses on commercial disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, judgment creditor and debtor actions, and other business litigation matters. He provides strategic guidance to clients through all phases of litigation, from pre-suit negotiations through trial and post-verdict proceedings. His extensive trial background includes significant experience in civil and criminal matters, equipping him to deliver effective representation in the courtroom.

Before joining Ainsworth & Clancy, Jelani served as an Assistant Public Defender and later as Assistant Regional Counsel, representing clients in serious criminal matters. He also practiced civil litigation with a focus on insurance defense.
