Katie Wood is a Senior Associate Attorney at Ainsworth & Clancy. She focuses on corporate transactional matters and business immigration. 

Katie graduated Cum Laude from Florida International University School of Law in May 2019. During her time in law school, she was a member of the Moot Court team, where she competed in the Earle Zehmer National Moot Court Competition. She also served on the boards of various legal societies, including the Animal Law Association, Student Bar Association, and the Business Law Society. Katie also worked for Ainsworth & Clancy as a law clerk throughout her law school career while interning with the Securities and Exchange Commission before moving to Tennessee.

Katie is a member of The Florida Bar and the Tennessee Bar Association.
