Leidy Morejon, Esq.
Leidy Morejon is an associate attorney at Ainsworth & Clancy. She focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation.
Leidy graduated Cum Laude from the University of Miami School of Law. At UM Law, Leidy completed the Litigation Skills program and was a member of the International Moot Court team. She was also an intern at Legal Services of Greater Miami, the University of Miami’s Tenants’ Rights Clinic, and two multinational corporations. In addition, Leidy was a judicial intern to Justice Jorge Labarga at the Florida Supreme Court during Spring 2019.
After graduating, Leidy accepted a position in the Legal Honors Program with the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in Atlanta, Georgia. At HUD, she practiced primarily in real estate, housing discrimination, and employment law. Leidy then worked as an associate attorney for a large insurance defense firm, where she practiced general liability litigation and handled cases involving catastrophic loss, medical malpractice, consumer protection laws, homeowners’ association laws, among others.
Leidy is fluent in written and spoken Spanish and is qualified to practice in all Florida State Courts and the District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
